Stylish Retreat Overlooking Formentera
Set on a hillside above Es Cubells on Ibiza’s southern coast, Villa Romano was fully reimagined in 2010 into a modern, marble-floored retreat with sweeping views over Porroig Bay, Cala Jondal, and Formentera in the distance. The layout spans 400 m² of built living space, complemented by 300 m² of terrace space for lounging and dining, all set within a fully enclosed 4,500 m² plot with southeast exposure.
Every one of the six bedrooms opens onto its own private terrace with sea views, air conditioning, satellite TV, and DVD player, with three of the main suites offering an in-room safe. Three bathrooms feature jacuzzi tubs, all six are finished in marble. Outside, a 9×5 m pool anchors a 170 m² sun terrace, with covered dining and lounging areas scattered around the grounds. Parking accommodates up to five vehicles.
The villa comes with daily housekeeping and weekly linen changes as standard, and can be paired with a wider suite of concierge-style extras — private chef, butler, driver, and more — arranged on request. Its hillside position keeps it quiet and private while staying close to the action: a sand beach is a short walk away, and Cala Jondal, Ibiza Town, and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive.
